Does anyone know when phase 2 will begin and what departments will be affected?

I am not with Kraft but I know a bit about the Brazilian team handling this acquisition - they will cut everywhere and it'll be deep. If history is to teach us anything, it'll be extra painful for Kraft. To put a bit more salt on the wound, you'll see a bunch of Harvard MAS with a few years of experience running many critical things for the company - if you think it's not possible or doable, ask around and see if you can find info on other acquisitions they managed.
