None of the managers are held accountable for anything. They literally get to shit on customers, not come to work, shit on employees, bullshit theirs way through pointless power point presentations that were put together by their subordinates, hold subordinates hostage at work endlessly by threatening them with their job and forcing them to work for free, take all the credit for good ideas and/or innovation, take 2-4 hour lunches, come in late every fing day, leave early everyday, come to work maybe 2-3 times a week, forget to answer emails, forget to go to meetings that they themselves initiated, forget to approve their subordinates myTime, forget to approve their subordinates days off request, have no idea how to assemble redress or even what products they are responsible, don't listen to good ideas, can't take any cristism, always lie cheat mac defend each other while accusing the employee base of everything wrong, lie to their employees, place their careers over any development of their employees, and finally refuse to acknowledge that they are the driving force behind BHI's failure. You want to fix this company. Start with new managers, ditch the shitty ones or you'll never make it.
