You are right about that. CNS leader kicks ass and does not suck up to anyone except for SS.
The cloud, ha. It wasn't some anonymous cloud that said okay to outsourcing. It was your boss, my boss. CNS isn't run by a substitute, it's run by a leader, a real leader...not a backstabbing suck up. I expect he will still be at the top long after the substitutes move on, assuming Follett outlasts the last couple years of bad decisions.
The cloud will catch up to CNS soon. Cost structure at CNS is way to high.
