The new leadership tools treat employees like crap. Been that way for two + years. It is amazing to see the difference between the quality of the old leadership team and the new one. There is only one way to go working for DG and team....this company is going down.
Guess that explains why the guy next to me in the bar who said he was a GVP for a large book seller ordered a vinegar and water!
Because we're all working without direction. A DB is hired to be a DB. When there is no direction he goes rogue. Sorry you have to put up with this jack assery

They receive special training for that. If he is making you miserable, he learned his lesson well.
