Heinz bought the Kraft assets not the associates. 3G is the dog that does the dirty work. They will eliminate thousands of jobs and bring significant reductions in pay and benefits to all the remaining employees.

Food quality and safety will suffer as a result of these job cuts. Consumers will lose faith in this quality brand and sales will decline just as they did at Hines.
