No conspiracy. Conspiracies require real planning and forethought--things that SM doesn't seem to do very well. "Terminal stupidity" is more likely.

With all employees looking for work elsewhere, morale at an all time low, and SM/PJ still in charge, there's only one way for the stock to go. Qualcomm is a tech company that no longer is willing to take risks and fund innovation because SM only puts money into things that are guaranteed to be profitable. Not hard to see how this story is going to end...
They need to call jeffreyHF from the silicon investor QCOM board and he will explain how its all just a vast conspiracy to attack qc and the so-called "analysts" have it all wrong regarding "benchmarks". Specifically he said the Drexel downgrade was purposely timed with Greek default news! If you are predisposed to thinking everything is a conspiracy, then wall st is a scary place indeed.
