@Yes congratulations on your decision to pursue bigger and better things. It's unfortunate for people who come to this site and try to twist the truth. GCU today also was at a veterans memorial honoring those who have served. Does that make them a horrible for-profit university because they we there wearing GCU volunteer shirts to promote the institution??? I believe NOT! In faxt, I'm glad that for-profits educators use the tuition I pay to the school for causes such as these. Support our troops!

@yes--your 'degree' was purchased by the VA. Employers snigger when applicants list any for profit diploma mill--the rigor is akin to high school, and not even an honors high school course. It's just pablum you have supped up, you poor bastard. You're not educated, dear. If you have any post 9/11 left, get a two-year degree from your local community college. UOP is a giant JOKE.
Yes it is factual. The University of Phoenix has been a wonderful solution for many in all branches of the military. I received my Master's from UOPX while deployed in the Middle East over a decade ago. It was then, and remains, the best and most effective educational experience of my career. What they are doing here is something as a grad I am proud of. To have some reporter try to put a negative spin on it is disappointing.
Factual!!!!! Seriously folks yes this is true!!!!!
