Incompetent employees

This lies with the upper Managment at Equity. You never see any of them on the third floor. They are jet setting around the world and not fixing the blaring problems at the house. There hasn't been a significant job booked and things are looking bleak.
Actually cps period. Planning is fuc×××× up. Engineering sucks. The list goes on!
Mainly CPS Engineering. They have no clue.
