Wonder why? Shocks me too.
The simple fact that Matt Fleming isn't a manager anymore makes me question this school, our leaders and this job. I was actually hoping to work for him. What a terrible, terrible decision. I am shocked. AUO leaders dropped the ball on this one! What a shame!

Fill us in, who on the list micro manages the most. If I get one of the positions if prefer to get one that is fairly hands off but is available when help is needed.
That dude is awesome. I didn't work for him but worked near him and he helped everybody out. Always smiling. Always positive. Always working and motivating people. Makes you wonder what direction this school is going if they don't want him as a leader!
Nothing like leaving out a guy that believes in what he does so much that he's working on things at all hours of the night and early morning. A guy that was typically first in and last out. A guy that put pretty much everyone before himself.

what a joke not to see Flemings name on that list. I would have loved to work for that guy. Always seemed to be one of the few that cared.
Interestingly enough, this list seems to be missing a few of the best managers at AUO.
