Smyth is a poor leader, now Flem, he got the short end of the stick and I'm pretty sure the entire campus is upset about him not getting the position. What a shame. I hope Fleming decides to leave this company and use his talents elsewhere, I get being an SA is a paycheck, but it's also a slap in the face! I will be disappointed in his integrity if he stays after what they did to him.

Just weird that Hough showed no loyalty to Smyth or Flem. If numbers were a huge part of deciding wouldn't the Hough led campus be in trouble? I mean both of those guys were under his "leadership" right? Shouldn't that fall on Hough?

Clint looks like a human-sized Oompa Loompa in Carlton banks wardrobe. Like, he looks exactly like that.

I'm super disgusted in the decisions of Hough and Knittle. First off Hough should have never been one of the directors who kept their job... what a f***ing joke. Is it because of his pointless recharge sessions which I would rather skip every other friday? If that was the deciding factor, it's absolutely ridiculous. I'm so over the decisions made here, it's a flat out shame.

I would work for niccasio or Hershey. If I find out I'm on anyone else's team, I'm out. The fact that people like walk, miller or neuber are managers over Fleming, Smyth or Adams...seriously, come on. This decision wouldn't make or break the company going under by the fall anyways but picking the right group of managers would have at least improved morale. The outrage will be palpable tomorrow...

I think a few of them failed as managers at AUO - Fonti & Bagley, and SUO - Arnold & Ramey - One just graduated college. The rest have been managers. These selections have me very nervous. I have heard a ton of people are updating their resumes. As much as I don't want to leave, this management group scares the shit out of me. There had to me other more qualified candidates.

Who are most of these managers. Haven't heard of most of them.

Flem was short 3 people on his team. His team held their own considering, and actually for a while they were holding their own while they were short ARs but that could only last so long before they would get burnt out trying to keep up with the numbers. The man was handed a raw deal because he was understaffed... end of discussion. His team was full of class acts, no doubt.

Look guys, this is out of control. We don't need to keep beating a dead horse here.....I think we can all agree that she is a filthy, disgusting, slimy, bottom feeding, skanky, lowdown trashbag whore who couldn't manage her way out of a paper bag. You could also add that her tj max wardrobe is 3 sizes too small, and her hair looks like a Jewish teenagers pubes. But can we please, please just leave it at that?

Let's all agree that those of us that worked with or near Flem were positively impacted everyday! The damn guy never took a day off so that he could help each of us be better. Like many of us, I too was hoping to finally work for this man. The guy is a class act! Which brings me to the reason I am writing on this site for the first time. If we are talking about a true leader and classy guy like Flem, why do we have to talk about others personal life? 110% gavlik and Hough made a huge mistake with Flem. Doesn't mean we have to talk about people they way this thread has. Let all act how Flem would. Move on.

The salaries aren't enough to make an impact one way or the other. It's enrollment and then needing those students to persist that makes a difference.

Someone explain to me how letting hershey and walk keep six figure salaries is helping the bottom line.

Forget about the dozens of major league lawsuits, the botched debt restructuring, the botched talent restructuring (convenient way to say layoffs), and the gainful employment regulations that will crush our entire industry by 2016. It's all about THE CONVERSATION!! Keep putting your heart and soul into your dead end jobs so you can "change a couple more lives" on the way to collecting unemployment.

Nikki can't be too happy that she was strung along before this change. Her whole meeting on changing the QCs and this is gonna be great guys and inspirational emails in the mornings. She must feel silly that they let her do that stuff. It's even more funny that they think the conversation is the problem.

You want good convos? Do what you were trained to do with open ended questions and wait time.

Also get rid of all "dependent" students in the pool. They are not dedicated and require so much extra man power and waste hours of everyone's time. Yeah one or two start here or there but not nearly enough to make an impact. I'd much rather have a good convo with a 32 year old looking for a job than an 18 year old that can't put a sentence together.

Lastly PACE is useless. Pull your numbers from the past year people. About 1% of your pace dials end with an interview being logged. Bombarding people with 8 phone calls a day more than having a short conversation will make them never go to this school.

Get with it guys, you only have days left before you are all going to be locked out.
