ATT to spend $3 Billion in Mexico

So ATT intends to lay off to 10% right now then phase out additional folks over the next few years, BUT will put in $3 billion into Mexico and their employees? Hmmm! Further, ATT refuses to open up foreign employment opportunities for US based employees, while allowing international employees opportunities to come here. Americans are on the chopping block, period!

Awful. AT&T is also looking at getting a foothold in Brazil. Management is out of control investing in all these countries. http://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2015-06-01/brazil-said-to-expect-up-to-5-billion-reais-from-utility-sale.

So we were told the international employees in our organization will not be affected because there are work rules in many of these countries. How interesting! But in the USA we can easily dump 25-35 year employees with impunity. So much for democracy for the people -- this place is run by the Corporation and for the Corporation."
