Thread regarding Follett layoffs

More leaving/left

There is no confidence in this leadership team. They are not the A players but C players who think they are the A team. Two key employees left eFollett last week with many years of experience. Layoffs will continue, as will voluntary departures based on the lack of confidence in senior leadership. Follett has changed for the worse so much for the past 2+ years. Is there anyone left with 10+ experience or more. New leadership has been living off the porojects that were in progress from previous leadership (Included, eFollett even Retalon). Do they have anything new to offer?

It is a red flag. The downward slide started when they let DH and SG go so there wouldn't be any common-sense opposition to the new leadership. While there's been new leadership there hasn't been any new initiatives. We're left to keep crossing our fingers and hope,

I heard SO left. He's been with NBC through it all. Seems like a red flag to me...
