I am one of the laid off workers . I was at 79 when mudge showed up and he said it was his decision to lay us off and they have no plans on bringing us back . i don't understand that you lay me off , the company pays what ever to unemployment , you are working the guys their 80 hours and you are secretly training and paying replacements if their is a strike ... Now the contracts up and you issue a surplus on other job titles . This company has a plan in place and i believe they want the strike .
