Sorry about you who are being laid off now, I was let go a couple months ago. For every door that closes a bigger, brighter one opens. Just leave those greedy executives to time. Good luck to you all.

I got laid off couple months ago, ATT is getting rid of high earning wrkers to be replace w/automation and a lower wage base. Take a Deep breath..aaaawwww !! the world hasn't ended, there is life after att/sbc , you have the skill set to find something else in the job market. there are no secure jobs anymore. Good Luck in whatever endeavors you chose in your next chapter. Take Care and move on...........
So sorry! I was let go in the earlier round this year. AT&T continues to let really great, dedicated, experienced people go. I'm not sure how they expect to be the best in the business making such poor decisions.

I am very sorry to hear that. I got laid off today, too. You'll be in a much better situation soon and away from the toxic environment that is AT&T.
