The plumbing is very important, and can be easily taken for granted at times. But a plumber would not close all the bathrooms and wait for everyone to complain and say, " oh, we're you using that?" If the sinks did not work, they wouldn't go back to you a little later and say, "nothing changed, but try it again" and it works. And if the toilet were clogged and a plumber could not fix, he would not give up, hand you a bucket and say, "just use this instead." He would not and you a bill, without any explanation of the work that was done.

The scarey thing is, that is SS idea of center of excellence. Reboot servers, plug in network cables and more.

We call the bathrooms The Center of Excellence! too. Every time we flush, it works. Except when it doesn't then we call the plumbers who come and fix it (kinda like CNS). AMAZING! Without the plumbers we'd go out of business.

Put that on your resume when they finally sell the joint. You can say "look, I was the best at a place thats business model was based pre 90's".
