Indians are never fair. Always scheming and backstabbing. You would lose to the other Asians on a level playing field. After all, most have inferior education and no one wants to complete with you to the bottom of the pay scale.

If the fight were based on merit and contribution, then it would be fair. The problem is that Indians would give favorable reviews to other Indians, and Indians tend to hire only other Indians. The frustration really comes from not having a fair fight once Indians reach the critical mass.
