In fact, this site should be an asset for them - this is the only way they hear what people ACTUALLY think, and not sugar coated feedback nonsense each of us give them on a regular basis. This is the true face of QC, a lot of anger, frustration, some fading pride and a fair amount of in-fighting along the status lines (H1B, Old Timers, etc.). For me, racism and profanity are just noise (cannot be ignored though) as they seem to be generated by a handful of users over and over again.

You can never put down your manager, here is my story, I spoke confidentially with the director about improvements that the group needs and also what we need to do to make this group better....this moron went and discuss all with manager...guess what happen what a FxxK ethics!!!!
They call it "Open door" policy: do not get into that trap.

Forget about old glory. QC is done. Once a company starts talking about shareholder value, streamlining, right-sizing, on and on, it is on its path to become a mediocre company like Intel that cannot innovate. QC has been riding the CDMA gravy train for a long time. I don’t any more gravy coming down the pipe.
I agree, Many of us tried Manager/HR route and got ignored,backstabbed or silenced by some other means.Everyone should provide as much feedback as possible on this site...may be thats what will help bring attention to real issues and help fixing Q and try to bring back its old glory...
Yes, This is the best site for Exec to get most honest feedback ( There is some noise/spam which can be filtered)..BUT only if they care.
