stock is about to be delisted and SD will eventually declare bankruptcy when they can't raise any more money, if they're not forced their by creditors. They will be bought for literally pennies - not 40 of them, 10 or less of them.
Well, the new SD CFO dumped half of his free stock a day after he was hired, check out his 8/18 filing!

Sandridge drilled and fracked Wall Street enabling the officers and directors to get rich. Mission accomplished.
Sandridge was doomed from the beginning. Was never a real oil and gas company. It was just a vehicle for the Officers and Directors to take a joy ride through Wall Street. Wells are non-economic at $100 oil. None of the debt will ever be paid back. That's my opinion, Good Day!
So true, i love the place and my job, beed here two years and nota single complaint.
Stock price aside, this is a great place to work. I've only been here about 1.5 years, so it's not like I have a lot of stock to be depressed about.
Because the are much bigger and much more frustrated, we do not tend to post bullshit like they do, they hate, we do not.
