Mandatory 360 Reviews for VP and Above

In the unlikely event that anyone from upper management is reading this page, here's a suggestion: Since VP's and above at Qualcomm essentially do not get reviews, you end up with pockets of poor performing megalomaniacs who "rule" with impunity. Why not require all VP and above to undergo 360 reviews (heck, make it once every two years), and remove the bottom X percentage? You can pick any percentage, because clearly those in the bottom are causing issues. Why would you want to keep the bottom 1, 2 or even 5 percent? It would improve performance, morale, and eliminate the bad apples that cause attrition of good employees.

All VP should be forced to publish their accomplishment every quarter..lot of VPs with no assignment and just hang in QC for socializing and fat pay benefit. Some one previously point out a VP in WP team ( Gwain Baily) who is in same category.

These freeloaders should be cut...

Haha, the last time I gave constructive feedback to a VP on his favorite Sr. Director, I was ostracized. One was a detriment to the company, the other was too political to see the truth.
