People can't wait to get out of our low morale corporation now! I understand now our incomoetent HR people have to immediate escort you to the door as soon as you resign! Paranoid much !?!

I saw a list circulating that around 60 employees are set to retire within the next 3 months. That's about 1% of the workforce, not sure if that is normal or not. I guess its better for people to "retire" than to have to force out employees who are not ready to leave. I also heard that $60 is the new $80 thanks to the reduction in costs by the service companies.

The post above is accurate, they are reducing staff in Denver a few at a time and not replacing them.

Smoke and mirrors. Don't kid yourself - People are leaving. And people leaving by retiring is off the charts - jumping like rats on a sinking ship! They better get those retirement benefits while they can.

Several people in Denver have been quietly fired. No layoffs but same goal and effect.
