So what's the mood like in the stores these days? Does BS or HT actually go to stores anymore? When was the last time your regional visited?

What happened to the big push to off campus stores. Coastal Carolina is GONE.
I wish my store was in Wisconsin instead of CA since the senior staff and home office staff are just wearing me out with tours especially in winter. My buddy in Florida says the exact same thing and he gets lots of Friday tours. Maybe Ray will see through this--- maybe?
At 102035. I was being a smart ass. DR stores are awful and big waste of time and money.
ah but Senor Cardgage loves to tout how he believes in 'Failing fast.' That way you can fail a bunch more times I suppose.
Face it, when you never ever hear anything again about a highly touted great and wonderful idea, it means it failed. Haven't you learned that yet? Brag for the first six months, then it fails, then you never hear about it again. Then they lay off some more people.....
What about dual enrollment?
That was an expensive publicity stunt. At least we provided a living wage for our employees.
The DR stores were nothing more than a publicity stunt - had to do something to draw attention away from all of the bad crap going on. Thousands raised to pay for the students at the factory school. If the owners of Alta Gracia had known what was going on, they would have realized it was all smoke and mirrors. DG agreed to open those stores to show how forward thinking Follett was. There are basically no GM sales, and text went to crap because no one in CM was there to support it.

DR stores do not seem to be doing as well as they all expected them to do.
I'd also pay to keep my RM out. You know, I can't 'own' numbers caused by continual enrollment drops, trying to bully me like I can just means I respect the RM less.
The mood is the same. Until DG is gone it is more of the same. MLS caught the flack but lets face it, DG is the leader of FHEG and those are his policies and strategic vision (yes there is no vision other than the previous leaderships vision). Tear down the employees - that is the vision. How are the Dominican and off campus stores doing?
I would pay to keep my RM out of my store. If I hear him spout one more DG platitude I may heave.
