Rumor at my center is they will be fazing out the Credit and Collections department. (some will stay as Customer Care Reps) and Managers are being laid off between May and July. I am in the SE

They have started at my call center First manager from Finance has been offered a position elsewhere. so sad, a lot of people are worried.
