This release did not list one single accomplishment attributable to MLS during her 2 1/2 years as CEO. Why did the Family take this long to react to this failure?

They used her like a maid to clean up the mess and make many enemies in the process.
Don't forget she relaunched the follett values.
That is the wisdom and experience that SS brings to the game.
What is up with all the IT consultants? Most of them sit around starring out the windows bit creepy!
I also feel like I am working in another country!
That is a great point. She made more off here severance of stock options and contract payout after just 2.5 years, then most of us will earn in a lifetime at Follett. Don't cry for MLS. Cry for the thousands of employees impacted by her leadership and her minions.
Was happy to here MLS was let go ( or retired). However, I'm sure her severance was a lot better than most of us that we're let go because of her.
Really, look at all of the people let go in the past year. What a joke. Hard working talented people out, while the asskissers remain. Look around at the VPs that are left. Most are boot lickers, ready to say yes to anything DG announces. The tree will fall over soon, as there are far too many VPs and directors and not enough workers to support them.
There were no accomplishments except hiring all Sears, KMart and other poor retailer talent - she let it happen under her watch. Then the KMarters fired many good and excellent employees. They went to our competitors and our taking business. And don't forget Sanjeev S was her hire as well. Anybody remember SS standing up at the town hall meeting last May proudly summarizing IT accomplishments for the previous year - I hire 100 consultants to implement ORPOS and eFollett.
