The only reason someone would say no is because they can buy a bunch of green dotted clothing that is on clearance and then ask the cashier, salesperson, or manager to take more money off with any type of coupon because the store will do anything to get the inventory out of the store .... This person must be a management person that works for sears and got shuffled to a new position with a raise. Everyone else there hasn't seen a raise in years while Walmart and target have increased wages.

2015 way worse...less people, less hours to schedule for routine tasks, more work. No maintenance to improve appearance of the stores. Lack of inventory for immediate demand. Many continued delivery and setup of product issues requiring price adjustments to satisfy the customer. Fewer stores to generate cash from new credit card applicants, protection agreements, and most importantly less sales. Let's hope the reit payoff shores up the $1.1 Billion deficit in the pension fund and not the big shareholders.
