Wining, complaining, moaning little follett people. Shut up no one cares because you have not and will not do anything to change your situation. All you have ever done was post your snark little comments here expecting what.... Stop crying and do something because after 3 years of this, nothing has changed. So my comment is that you need to shut up and find another job somewhere else.

Here here to the last response! Cheers to Ray! it sounds like FBC here today
You are thick, dull and otherwise unimpressive. You must be new. Follett never paid well. At times deadlines were tight, hours were long and thank yous came too infrequently. However, once-upon-a-time employees were respected. Management knew they had good people working hard and the needs of the day to day business were being met. That changed. Management became hostile. They lied. They conspired to hurt employees. They care little for the operational needs of their business. They cared little for the students in the universities and colleges who paid their salaries. Follett transformed itself from a good place to work to a nightmare. 20 years of service to a company and they kick you out the door without a thank you, without a severance, without a thought. No, this is not a band of whiners, this is a collection of stakeholders. We've been betrayed by people like you. You're not welcome here.
Sears is on the brink of extinction. As is KMart. They are so innovative that they forgot to increase sales.
They are hardly failing. There systems and processes are light years ahead of Follett. Just like anyone, you move to a new job when it is a promotion and it pays more from where you came from. It is a new beginning as leadership says.
I know right. These new hires all come from a failed leading retailers. The rest of us here are not amazed.
When did Sears become a 'leading' retailer?
if you moved from a leading retailer to here; that is a very interesting step you've taken. I recommend you look into the company's history for the past three years. If you'd survived that, would you be fully on the level?
I know right. I am one of the new hires from a leading retailer and I am amazed at the whining that goes on.
I do enjoy how this board makes senior management squirm.
It makes my black heart fill with joy to know we have distressed you so. No, I stick around because your post means my efforts are bearing fruit of the Schadenfreude variety.
