They go to India quarterly. Another group of directors/vp's/cio's are headed to India again in the next few weeks. Offshoring is really paying off.

To clarify for the uninitiated, stocks in this instance are what are known as phantom shares (only family members own real stock) and must be returned upon leaving Follett.

Supervises other IT VP's. Not sure what the CIO SS does anymore-perhaps on his way out. This is probably a 1/2 million dollar job, plus lots of stock.
