96324 - Your a douche bag and a MORON. Each performance level goes up and each director/mgr has the choice to bump up your bonus as long as the bucket still has cash. I used to get larger bonuses but this year I didnt and I am waiting for an explanation.... Does this make more sense dumba$$?

I can start first. My rating this year was the worst ever. My chicken shit management needed to fit the curve and apparently I am not well liked. So my bonus is ~2.5%. I used to get average of 7%.
Anonymous95429, I've already nearly doubled my money in less such a short time, and I have 4 others to sell if it gets even crazier. Time to minimize risk, just like selling some qualcomm stock.

Along that line. But the biggest bonuses I got just on Friday. (1) Closed escrow on one of my homes I am selling. Bought a few years ago for $270k as an REO. Closed escrow today at 525k. So that's an extra year of unemployment I won't need to worry about... Hopefully, summer will drive prices even higher. Sure looks that way. (2) buddy sent me a job in san diego at a competing company early last week and on Friday I got it. Comp package looks great. I think I will accept, and they are letting me start 1 months from now. If we do layoffs, I hope it's really soon and I hope they take volunteers. Maybe I can get a good severance package and jump ship at the same time. It's been a fun ride here for the past few years. I do appreciate the training and experience I got at QC. It sure helped me get my promotion to the place I'm going to. Good luck guys.
