Ex employee who was laid off with a group of IT employees. Back then chase was a nice place to work high moral then came along DImon and the moral went down along with types of benifits we got.

We received a letter that we would no longer have an advisor for my IRA but we could call and work with someone on a team. We are in the process of closing out our retirement with Chase and moving my IRA elsewhere. Chase's customer service has gone down the toilet. Go find a better job. We're looking for a better bank.
