I have an idea. Lets do a simple IT upgrade and then talk and praise it like it was the greatest thing ever. Compare that to the results of projects 3 years ago. When a success deserved to be praised.
We have not had success after my old VP SG was removed from the company.
Seriously, when did IT last have success? Not bashing IT, but you need leadership.
SS just needs to GO. Hopefully the family is looking at IT and wondering why there are two IT CIO's. This is an unecessary 500k expense. SS has been an extreme disappointment. Kept stating IT would be outsourced and he fact is very little outsourced.....he can't deliver.
I wish the Follett's would come back. The group they have are an unfriendly arrogant group.
SS and MS take the top two...God forbid they acknowledge anyone below them.
I'm in the same boat. A university loses 1/3rd of its students and we get the blame. Yep, highly motivated!
Regularly scheduled board meeting. No special reason.
Perhaps they just want to reduce our compensation some more. The STI was just a way to not pay out bonuses. Then they use it as a reason to take away profit sharing. Love the reasoning that I might possibly, by some miracle, get a pittance for a bonus so I don't deserve profit sharing. I've learned that less is better. Less compensation, less recognition, and less work = better reviews. Wouldn't want to overachieve. It's too threatening. Personally, they've taken so much that I don't care anymore. Less compensation = less work = better reviews. works for me. Who cares about Follett.
CT or CF?
