This is what happens when you sell your soul to the devil.
Even if that happens the reputation is smeared. Nobody remembers when someone is exonerated. Anyway if Heald cared so much about their 150 years why did they go for this big payout from CCi
I think that if the ED wanted Heald closed we would be closed already, I don't think that's their intention. I think their intention is to make an example of CCI. I think that if and when we are under new ownership they will lift their ban and allow us to enroll again. Think about it, if that option wasn't on the table then the buyer(s) still in the mix would walk away. There is no reason for them to still be here unless they know they will be able to enroll again, it just makes sense.
