Got to love a company where u get no bonus because DM does review that puts u at "does not meet" (which if u read it says does not go above and beyond in the contribution to the business).....then u have a floor strip crew do an overnight shift and u stay to make sure it's right only to be told that the DM expects u there the next morning at 7am to oversee restocking the floor. ....can't this be handled by IS or OS??? So now my shift will be 4pm to about 11am...pluswas in store for about 3 hours earlier in the day....20 hour work day and I don't go above and beyond....wow

And to after he let jermaine take the rap for all that when he know he was right in on it and planning all that stuff to. i aint killing myself for this job they can take that one right there to thay bank
- You should have volunteered to stay rather than forcing your poor DM to insist that you do. 2. You hired a floor stripping crew? Tsk Tsk, you should have offered to do it yourself. You most definitely do not go above and beyond.
The "Does not meet expectations" rating was simply a means to ensure you did not get a bonus or a raise. I spoke to a lot of managers in my area and several of them received DNM even when their store met budget and CSAT. Some of them know even more that received the DNM rating as well, for no justifiable reason. It is pretty much just a witch-hunt crossed with not wanting to pay out bonuses or raises.....I was nailed for "not using staff to full potential" and attempting to do everything myself. Of course, because, when there WAS someone scheduled, they were on backup cashier or covering shipping 3/4 of their shift. I know how to manage, it is simply impossible to make plans and execute them when there is almost no staff compared to the workload.
