He's actually one of the decent guys. Personable & would actually chat you up. I left shortly after he took Steve's job because I saw where that ship is going. 6 figures wasn't enough to hang around to watch the vultures pick from the bones.

Wonder what direction he's going to take Follett sales? What would I say to this underqualified sales beast? Resign. Please, resign.

I'd say thanks for getting rid of me. I now work for a growing company that values employees and oh yeah, has sales growth. Good luck riding this flaming jetliner into the ground.
