Any shareholders here, or are we all Mattel employees gambling with our lives?

Mattel Inc. (NASDAQ: MAT) dropped about 2.8% on Tuesday to post a new 52-week low of $24.34 against a 52-week high of $40.79. Shares closed at $25.05 Monday night. Volume was about 35% below the daily average of around 5.5 million shares. The toymaker has retained its former CEO as a consultant at a higher annual salary than he was paid until he abruptly resigned in January.

No...we now hit a new 52 week low. And it will continue to do this until the corrections are made at the top, which may be never. Arrogance runs deep and they still believe they are doing a great job. I will take Jill Barad any day of the week over this nightmare. Need to get out now.

At the top floors of Mattel's tower....stealing is not illegal. We could only wish for a television news program to expose to all how Mattel, a U.S. Corp. with unique ties to the nation's children has been driven into the ground by members of senior mgmt. while the Board of Directors LOOKS the other way. And.... they are willing to do this at the expense of a U.S. employed workforce. This massive layoff would not be necessary if the expenses for the top HEAVY mgmt. (100's of VP's) were not in place. The bottom line....what is better for our country's sustainability - one overpaid VP or 5+ workers supporting their families. There is much more here to investigate.
