They need to get rid of all of HR , they are useless... I have never seen a company where HR lives by a different standard. They put anyone in HR , experience doesn't matter. This is one of the reasons why so many people are so unqualified! HR things 1 year is enough in a role. In real companies3 to 5 years is standard to know your job and perform well and be accountable for your actions...
