Do you think If I just go flying out a window now (we're only in a one story building) and I break my leg or arm...I can just go on workers comp because it was all the mental stress of not knowing if I was gonna have a job that led me to it?

Just gotta figure out if unemployment pays more than medical leave...and if the company still has to pay med leave if they file bankruptcy.
Don't fly thru the window. You'll have to pay for the glass. Lift gently, then jump.
Jump out the window, blame on the stress Bernard has caused, then sue him in civil court.
Certainly a better option than jumping from a one story building!
Think I heard this somewhere before that a company cant get rid of you if diagnosed with a mental illness they need to keep you on the books for at least 26 weeks? Maybe if everyone went on sickness leave stating stress and came back in 26 weeks hopefully by then the Oil price would have settled back? Might be a better option than jumping from a window.
nah..it's pretty evident you won't have a job so they will know it was premeditated!
