Long time hard working folks in the NYC Fisher-Price office are being shown the dooor, but the question is: Will the people at the top be held accountable for their poor direction?

Not true. Being friends with the vp did nothing for me. I'm proof that "friendship" gets you nowhere.
I'm guessing no. Seems like if you hang out with your manager or VP, you're safe. If you don't kiss ass and suck up, you're cut. It seems less about the talent you have and more about the connections you make.
