Christ, I think this asshole works in San Francisco. I believe that because he admitted it was a trailer in East Bay. What you feed your kids is a choice, yes. What your kids choose to eat when on their own, yes is a choice. How your children choose to behave, while mostly is a reflection of you as a parent, still is an individual choice of the child. If you have multiple kids with different men, that is a choice. If you cannot afford shoes for such kids, is that not a consequence of your choices? If you let your kids glorify gangsta life, thug life or introduce them to socially destructive rap music, who is to blame for that, and is that not a choice? If your kids ditch school, don't do their homework, flunk out, or have serious discipline problems at school...yeah, that is a choice the make to behave that way and again a reflection on you as a parent. What in our lives really is not a consequence of our choices, good or bad? Fundamental difference in liberalism and conservatism. Once makes excuses, the other takes responsibility. You know that all the democrats have done for your community is kept it in a cycle of government reliance and economic slavery. No amount of government uplifting can fix the cultural dysfunction inherent to the community. What dysfunction? Well, for starters, the overwhelming percentage of crime caused by a small percentage of the population. Look at the mobs of youths the mess things up for folks, the protesting that turns to burning and looting. How about rap music and how it portrays women, drugs, gangs, crime, and murder? Think the youths are positively benefitting from that? The nutritional issues are but choices one makes, as is behavior in general.

As stated in my original post, Christianity and liberalism have become mutually exclusive because of this. I think of the difference this way, as evident by the social movements on both sides:
liberals worship man, put man before god, obey man's rules before god's (any god, pick one or many).
Conservatives worship god, (any god, pick one or many). Put god before man, and obey god's rules before man's.
Traditional family values, same sex marriage, proliferation of welfare mommas because welfare had made the man unnecessary in the family unit, radical feminism and how it has ruined chivalry. Many, many religious leaders have been quoted saying to the effect, liberalism and Christianity have become mutually exclusive.
