It's just another claim against Weatherford.. started in 2012, but is just heading to court. Concerns Weatherford and taxes. And the difference with Ltd and PLC. Incorporated. Do some goggle searches on these differences.. there are great explanations. Oh and you are nor the only Moron..lol..just the only one to admit it. It's all good thou!

Hopefully everyone who isn't a complete moron knew this... It has been trading as Weatherford International PLC since it moved headquarters and was listed on the NYSE a year ago.
