As a severed Noble employee, I can only wish our severance package was as good as BP's.

Noble is not professional at all in everything they do. Very very poor leadership in all areas, starting with the ego of Stover. This guy is not professional at all. If I was on the board, he would be replaced immediately.

Some Management Heads should roll as opposed to the people who do the work! Remember those making the lists have one finger pointing at the ones to layoff and 4 back at themselves.
noble has turned into BP - look at the senior management and the decisions they have made. very similar to the much larger and much more in trouble "big brother".
