Where to begin... for starters great way to begin another new year already in the red... but then its been like that for the past 5 years so we should be use to it.
Oh wait the so called "talent" you have working at the company have been there for less than 5 minutes... let alone 5 years.
Now we all know this company is a company based off of "you scratch my back, and I'll scratch yours" or something to that effect... so lets see here the company keeps on advertising and marketing that they are on top of using the most cutting edge and modern technology to implement into their products... yet they have no "research and development" dept. to back that up... interesting....
How do you hang onto your job??? Well first you have to be either from Kmart,Sears or Office Max... then you can count yourself safe.
If not well... I guess there other resources or talents you can utilize... we all know thats whats happening to anyone not from those three companies... especially in the CM and ecommerce area... yeah you know who you are... hope you so called managers are enjoying the "ride" and the "resources and talents" of your staff... I guess the old saying is true "once trailer trash always trailer trash" and "garbage is garbage no matter how you try to dress it up"
