In 2009 we eliminated 10 thousand jobs - imagine that, 10000 people, families were affected, it was horrible. Today it's little bit better but still we are having major issues and especially in tech and back office we are seeing cuts all the time. I do not want to sound too negative as JPMorgan is a great company but at the same time you need to know that it can be brutal and there is no love here - it's only business, so suck it up and move forward together with everyone else.
