Our Mortgage side seems to be be hemorrhaging jobs without stooping (I know, I know, Wells Fargo laid off 1100 yesterday) - Is this ever going to stop or are we going to be laying off people forever?

Rochester location will COMPLETELY close at the end of June 2015. Some folks will transfer but up to 3000 people may be laid off.
