They are setting stores up to fail. They want to drive out long term management through PiPs and stress to avoid severance, and then close the location. I have seen this exact method used repeatedly on 5 of the best GMs I have ever worked with in any company. They were well paid, but ran great stores until corp. started sabotaging them to drive them out. They were all warned by a DM that had quit that the new RVP had a hit list and they were on it.

That's what they do.I have seen it happen many times.the only difference is its our turn. No one is secure with staples. Anyone that had been with the Co. long enough has seen this.We know.It's our turn.And you make it through this cut,your probably on the next.That's what they do. No one retires with this co. It's quit or be fired. They run you out.I think it's in the handbook!!hhhaaa
