Executives got at least half their salaries in bonus $. So if they make $400, they got $200 bonus. HOW DOES THAT MAKE YOU FEEL :-o))
It varies based on what department you are in and your level within the company and the rating your boss gave you. But the overall bonus was slightly above target so it wasn’t small.
