Rankin rd isn't getting shut down nor will navigation. Halliburton is not going to buy a company just to shut it down. Read the articles both companys have to sell off divisions for them to merge. Either way with the price of oil dropping the way it is people are going to lose jobs.

I hear they're closing the plant down. They said only 1 shift was going to be left but with the numbers that they're putting up that's highly doubtful.
