Not only has this guy been hiring his friends into management positions since he started, traveling to asia dozens of times a year on Mattel, but he's also hiring his agency friends (with personal kick backs, no doubt). Hello?! Is the MLT that stupid? His latest move was laying off the entire digital creative team so he could outsource the work to his friend's agency! And you wonder why Mattel is not innovating, and bleeding money? Amazing.
