Back in late 2008 Dow announced that we'll be laying off an estimated fifty employees after the Seadrift site's Nordel MG hydrocarbon rubber unit closes. At the same time, the exact number of closures has not been announced, but plans were finalized during the first quarter of 2009. I am not sure what happened after that...
