5 year performance.

Just wanted to congratulate Billy Bob and friends for the -12% return over the past five years. Keep up the good work!

No clue again if you acquire stock as an activist exceeding certain thresholds you will be deemed a bank holding company and be subject to regulatory oversight

When was the last time you seen a true activist in banking stocks?

This place really does need an activist shareholder. The employees and the shareholders are getting very little (or nothing) in return for their efforts and/or investments. Bill and his cronies are making millions for driving the bank into the ground. While individual shareholders and employees lack the ability to move the needle, at what point do institutional investors see the sham that is in front of their eyes. THAT is who can move the needle. Each of those institutional investors are being negligent in perpetuating this sham. Bill and his boys will ride this golden calf until someone throws them out the door.

It is well past time for activist stockholders to demand accountability for Bill and Beau.
