I’d imagine GPN will sell off assets (like payroll+active network) rather than be acquired/merged. Buuuut with Trump admin incoming and SEC getting lax for the next 4 years, I also wouldn’t be surprised if GPN merged with another huge player in the space.

4 years ago our stock was at $220. Tonight we are at $112. They are doing a Fantastic job at running it into the ground. Three things we can count on. More layoffs, more bs and cameron getting his bonus. THEY DONT CARE about any of us.
Are you asking about TSYS? Or another acquired company. I think if tsys doesn't turn a big profit with their modernization efforts soon, it will be sold
