Director friend says he expects phase 3 RTO will be announced mid 1st qtr. Mandatory 4 days a week with 1 WFH flex day or full 5 day RTO.

Yep, looks like I'll be heading west on Route 66 more and more in the new year with RTO. I have No Expectations that full RTO will come to pass. When I asked my supervisor She Said Yeah. Well, I guess You Can't Always Get What You Want. I feel bad for those who moved and now their reporting facility is 2000 Light Years From Home.

Please stop posting this garbage. AT&T is not Verizon. I don't understand the constant obsession with RTO, like its some sort of Heavenly-goal. You need to add value REGARDLESS of where it is from. To think that being in the office is somehow a productivity bonanza is a huge myth. Get with it.
